Let's Get This Party Started!!!!!

Well looks like I might have pulled it off and actually updated the server.
We are currently on the snapshot 14w30c

We are in a border that is 2000X2000 right now.

I am asking that people do not build any laggy redstone contraptions near spawn to help with the lag we ended up from it last map.

As well, we will tackle the ender dragon as a team in two weeks or so...So no one go to the end! If you do, it will result in a ban (sorry for the harshness but it was an idea for the last few months and I would really like to see it through).

(I know I said I wouldn't open it until Sunday at noon but its ready now, so why wait?)

Personally, I don't trust snapshots. I'll probably be back if/when the server returns to a full, stable version of Minecraft.

Same here... that and I don't know how to install them.

just wanted to know if we are gonna stay a snapshot server or if we are just gonna use the snapshots till 1.8 . Though ill be back for the update to 1.8 just wondering what the plan is long term keep up the good work

It'll be going to 1.8 when it's released.

The snapshot we're using is pretty stable as far as I can tell. I doubt any problems will occur because of it.
As for how to install it, when you open your minecraft launcher, in the bottom left corner is a button that says "edit profile"
In there there's an box you can check to "enable experimental development versions" Then it's simply just selecting the right snapshot from the dropdown list where is says "use version"

That's all there is to it! When 1.8 is out you just select it from that list. No problem!

Could I get an IP drop? Also, if there's a whitelist, could I get added to it?
