New Creative world spawn Empty

Dev has (somewhat unofficially) appointed me to build an actual spawn for the new creative world. I'm going to be basing it off of Saint Basil's Cathedral in Moscow, Russia. Of course ill change it lots. I'll probably post pictures. Also, If you are a good builder and want to help, sign up in the comments. Help would be nice because this is going to take lots of work.
